This will be heavily in the slow, gravity-assisted “yin” style of yoga, and expressly intended for all bodies and levels of experience with modified poses as needed. Remember, saying “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga” is like saying “I’m too dirty to take a shower.” Guaranteed to improve your first day of ROPECRAFT, and tops who attend get an extra 250 points for their House!

B is a rope bottom, yoga teacher and educational facilitator from Austin, TX and enjoys reminding people how to breathe fully, stay present and come home to their bodies through movement. She will lead a vinyasa style flow appropriate for newbies or yogis with a regular practice. Both rope tops and bottoms will receive stretches to help prepare their muscles for healthy movement and strength building exercise to engage their body and free their mind.
