We are bottoms with lots of experience. We’ve been there and done that. We know a lot about physical preparation for play. But as more experienced bondage bottoms, we need to stretch more than just our limbs and ligaments to have better scenes. The goal of this class is to give us a new way of thinking about our bottoming, to help us limber up our minds and hearts, so that we can bring more to a scene, and to help us deal with mental/emotional/ psychological challenges, injury and scene flops, and, yes getting older in the rope scene.
Materials: yoga mat or other floor covering if desired
