Rooms are refundable with a 24 hour cancellation requirement and you pay at the end of your stay in October. When you check in, you’ll be asked whether the card you used to make the reservation would be the one to use to pay for the stay. We hope that if you make a reservation and cannot keep it that you release it as soon as possible to allow another hopeful attendee too.
If you ever have any trouble with your booking a room or are told that rooms are not available at our rate between October 23rd and 31st, please email Ozma@ropecraft.net and let us know right away! Our group manager at the hotel, Robin Beadles, is also available to help sort out complex booking issues and to assist with special requests including those for accessible rooms. If you need to, please give her a call at her personal voicemail at 512-634-9106 and leave her your name, number and the information that you’re with our group. She is wonderful and trying very hard to train folks, adapt and problem solve for us! If you’ve had booking difficulties, she’d like to hear what happened and get you all set up.
