The ROPECRAFT Photo Challenge Winner

The ROPECRAFT Photo Challenge
One of the fine traditions in the rope community is artistic photography – from the work of Ito Seiu to Ian Rath (one of my heroes) to the amazing amateur enthusiasts here on fetlife.
We’d like to feature someone’s photo on the cover of our program.
Remember our theme: It’s Knot – for Everyone.
We want something beautiful – if that means sexy, great, if that means artsy, fine, if that means thought-provoking and controversial, cool.
Here’s the rules:
• Your entry must be in portrait framing (our program will be an 8.5×11 booklet)
• It does not have to be color, but it can be.
• It must show legal (within the state of Texas) activities (i.e. have your model releases available).
• Entries can be 72dpi, but if selected as winner you will be asked to provide 300dpi (if you don’t know what dpi is and can’t look it up, you shouldn’t enter).
• We would like to feature all the entries on a gallery on the https://ropecraft.net site, but if you’d rather not, then just tell us. You can still be entered.
• Feel free to watermark your entry, but final winning image should not be watermarked.
Fine, Gray, What Do I Get If I Win?
You mean the “honor” and “exposure” of being on the cover of the best Rope Convention In Austin In February of 2016 isn’t enough?
Didn’t think so.
So how about this: we ask for the rights to use your image on our program and our site for this one event. You can use it anywhere else you like, sell it, whatever, anywhere else. We will pay you $75 cash OR give you a free admission to the event (currently a $179.99 value) – your choice.
Email entries to [email protected]. They will be evaluated and a winner chosen by January 31st.
